  1. Order Acceptance

After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This does not mean that your order has been fully accepted. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including product availability, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, payment issues, or errors in product information.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, any eligible refund will be processed according to the payment provider’s processing rules.

All prices are shown on the website and may be changed at any time without prior notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors, typographical errors, or technical issues that may display incorrect information.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and account information for all purchases made through our store.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production volume, carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our control.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. PrintMall is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete customer-provided shipping information.

  1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

PrintMall is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

  1. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.

Please review product details, size charts, colors, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@printmallshop.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is approved after review, we may provide a free replacement or another suitable solution. Approved replacements caused by production, printing, or fulfillment errors will not require an additional product payment from the customer.

Customers are responsible for choosing the correct size before placing an order. Since our products are print-on-demand and produced specifically for each customer order, we do not accept size exchanges.
